Bringing Stillness to Life
Alongside my mixed media work, I love exploring collage and assemblage through digital tools. Mainly using Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, I create animated pieces that blend imagination with movement—where every frame becomes part of a larger visual rhythm.
Step into Bonnie’s World — an original sci-fi mini series following a feline botanist exploring a mysterious alien planet.
In this first chapter, Bonnie discovers a glowing lifeform in the deep flora. Through silence, light, and curiosity, she reminds us that…
“Perhaps the meaning of life isn’t to find a path… but to bloom, to glow, to be — even in the unknown.
🛠️ Created using a combination of digital illustration, Scanned mixed media, collage, and motion design techniques.
This project was crafted using the Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva Pro — blending visual storytelling with layered design, sound, and cinematic pacing. Each frame was thoughtfully composed and edited to bring this surreal world to life. The character is based on my real-life cat, Bonnie — reimagined as a quiet explorer of strange new realms.
In this world, reason bends to petals, and every decision is made through the quiet language of blossoms. Cities rise in spirals of ivy, time is measured by the rhythm of blooming seasons, and power belongs not to those who speak the loudest, but to the flower that opens last. Rules are written in pollen, and wisdom drifts on the wind like seeds in search of soil. This piece was crafted using Photoshop, Canva, and After Effects—merging visual storytelling and animation to build a realm where beauty governs, decay is sacred, and the only law is growth.
A hard-boiled detective walks into the Citrus District and finds himself tangled in a sour mystery he never asked for—exploding limes, hidden truths, and a case that peels back more than expected. This animated short was created using a combination of hand-drawn and scanned assets, then brought to life with Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to build a vibrant, noir-inspired world full of zest and intrigue.
During my time on Life & Trust, I animated a mural by Eric Diehl, transforming it into a dynamic visual piece. Using a blend of Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI Kling, I layered and composited elements, enhanced depth through superimposition, and added lighting effects to create a sense of movement and atmosphere.
