As Operations Floor Manager for Emursive Productions, Adalina oversaw the seamless nightly execution of immersive productions, including the flagship Sleep No More as well as Hypnotique, Speakeasy Magick, and The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart. She coordinated closely with all departments from stage management and front of house to technical crews and hospitality to ensure smooth operations, safety, and an exceptional guest experience for audiences of up to 400 guests per performance. Her role involved managing large multidisciplinary teams, maintaining show pacing, and addressing real time operational challenges while preserving the productions’ signature atmosphere.

Operations & Floor Manager House Of Yes - 2024

As Operations Floor Manager at House of Yes, Adalina oversaw the smooth flow of vibrant, high-energy nightlife experiences blending performance, music, and immersive art. She worked closely with stage managers, performers, technical crews, and hospitality teams to ensure every night ran seamlessly from doors open to last call. Managing large multidisciplinary teams, she balanced logistics and atmosphere, maintaining safety, pacing, and the signature spirit of House of Yes — where creativity and precision come together to create unforgettable nights.

Special Event Coordinator - 2020 - 2021

As Special Events Coordinator at the immersive venue The McKittrick Hotel, for Emursive Productions, in New York City, Adalina planned and executed large-scale themed events with over 2,000 guests as well as private parties, managing logistics, staffing, and full run-of-show coordination. She oversaw guest experiences by ensuring smooth entry flow, coordinating security, and accommodating VIP guests. She also coordinated with bands and performers, managed payroll, and arranged catering. Her role involved overseeing décor installations, entertainment bookings, and food and beverage operations to deliver high-impact experiences aligned with the venue’s brand. She developed detailed event timelines, coordinated front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and led pre-event briefings to ensure seamless execution. Working closely with production, marketing, and hospitality teams, she contributed to strategic planning and guest engagement while handling real-time problem-solving and crisis management in fast-paced environments.

Stage Manager - 2023

As Stage Manager for At The Illusionist’s Table at The McKittrick Hotel in New York City, Adalina oversaw the daily operation and coordination of a sold-out, 200-performance run. She managed pre-show preparations, called cues, and ensured that technical elements, performers, and front-of-house teams were synchronized for seamless audience experiences. Her responsibilities included creating and maintaining show reports, coordinating with lighting and sound operators, overseeing prop and set changes, and managing backstage flow. Acting as the central point of communication between production, technical, and hospitality teams, she resolved issues in real time to keep performances running smoothly. By maintaining precision timing and consistent show quality, she upheld the immersive standards of the venue while ensuring both guest satisfaction and performer support.

After sell-out runs across the globe, At The Illusionist’s Table returned to The McKittrick Hotel. World-renowned illusionist Scott Silven hosted many evenings of fine dining, whisky-tasting, and storytelling interwoven with mind-bending illusion and mystical mentalism. Candles flicker.
