As Stage Manager for At The Illusionist’s Table at The McKittrick Hotel in New York City, Adalina oversaw the daily operation and coordination of a sold-out, 200-performance run. She ensured that technical elements, performers, and hospitality teams were perfectly synchronized to deliver seamless, immersive audience experiences.
Beyond At The Illusionist’s Table, she also stage-managed as a sub productions including Sleep No More, Hypnotique, Speakeasy Magick, and The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart.
After sell-out runs across the globe, At The Illusionist’s Table returned to The McKittrick Hotel. World-renowned illusionist Scott Silven hosted many evenings of fine dining, whisky-tasting, and storytelling interwoven with mind-bending illusion and mystical mentalism. Candles flicker. Managing pre-show preparations and coordinating performer call times.
Calling cues for lighting, sound, and set changes with precision timing.
Overseeing prop and set changes to maintain show flow.
Serving as the central communication link between production, technical, and front-of-house teams.
Maintaining detailed nightly show reports for production records.
Anticipating and resolving technical or logistical issues in real time.
Ensuring backstage areas were organized, safe, and performance-ready.
