& Operations Manager

The Conwell Sessions is an intimate live music series created within the historic setting of Conwell Coffee Hall, blending performance, atmosphere, and community into a cinematic concert experience.

As Creative Producer, I led programming, artist coordination, creative direction, audience development, and visual storytelling for the series. I oversaw photography, videography, social promotion, and in venue atmosphere to create performances that felt immersive, warm, and emotionally resonant.

Featured artists included Blahsum, Overtown, and Cold Weather Company, with upcoming sessions featuring Eila and Serena Radio Club and Noah LaPook. 

The intention behind the series was to create evenings that feel discovered rather than staged. Shared experiences rooted in music, intimacy, and connection.

Focus: Creative production, live music programming, artist relations, experiential events, visual storytelling, photography and videography, audience engagement, and immersive atmosphere.

In partnership with Sofar Sounds and the Downtown Alliance, I helped produce and coordinate an intimate live concert experience at Conwell Coffee Hall, transforming the historic space into a cinematic environment centered around music, discovery, and community.

My role focused on partnership coordination, creative production, audience experience, social promotion, and atmosphere direction. I worked across artist hospitality, visual storytelling, event communication, and in venue ambiance to ensure the experience felt immersive, welcoming, and aligned with the identity of Conwell.

The collaboration introduced new audiences to the venue while reinforcing Conwell’s position as a cultural gathering space rooted in live performance and shared experience.

I oversaw photography, videography, social promotion, and atmosphere direction to create a performance environment that felt cinematic, emotionally immersive, and connected to the identity of the space. The intention was to transform the venue into a living cultural experience where music, architecture, and audience energy could naturally intersect.

The event was designed to feel intimate and transportive, blending live music with the cinematic environment of Conwell to create a performance rooted in connection and discovery.

Operations Manager House Of Yes - 2024

As Operations Floor Manager at House of Yes, Adalina oversaw the smooth flow of vibrant, high-energy nightlife experiences blending performance, music, and immersive art. She worked closely with stage managers, performers, technical crews, and hospitality teams to ensure every night ran seamlessly from doors open to last call. Managing large multidisciplinary teams, she balanced logistics and atmosphere, maintaining safety, pacing, and the signature spirit of House of Yes — where creativity and precision come together to create unforgettable nights.
